1. Shutter speed and IOS are related by both of them controling the light. Shutter speed affects motion blur and ISO affects image noise.

2.Shutter speed can convey motion by the amount of blur you are trying to achive.

3. You pan a subject by framing the camera in such a way that the image frame moves with the subject.
